Frits Janssen
Managing Director IT World and Director BuyIT
Frits Janssen is the Managing Director of IT World Limited.
He is an Economist, Chartered Accountant and graduate of the
European Business School at INSEAD. He has held senior financial
and general managerial positions in the UK and Switzerland.
In 1983 he formed IT World Limited, a Management Consultancy
with specific interests in the area of Information Technology,
Employment and Training. Mr Janssen has built up a company
with a significant reputation in the specification, management
and implementation of awareness programmes on behalf of the
public sector and has achieved considerable success in the
marketing of government Best Practice Programmes. Frits is
Director of BuyIT and is leading collaborative work in the
e-Business Programme.

| Tom Raggett
Director, Consulting
Tom has been a strategic and technical advisor to the public and
private sector for 12 years. His focus is on planning,
successfully implementing and most importantly realising the
benefits from change and technology activities. He has worked
for the last two years with the ODPM's local e-government team,
advising on strategy, benefits, analytics, engagement and
take-up, working directly with a number of National Projects,
including LAWs, NePP, e-Pay, ENCORE, eAdmissions, CRM and the
Local e-Government Standards Body.
Currently, Tom looks after the Shared Services Advisory
Group, where he helps guide the input of 20 global thought
leaders in the Shared Services area into the e-Government Unit /
OGC team tasked with developing the five- and ten-year
strategies for the UK in this area.

Matthew Wolstenholme
Head of Research
Matthew leads a range of projects including Regional strategy
development, ‘State of the Nation’ mapping and E-government
insights. Matthew also works with central government Departments
and leading private sector service providers on the Shared
Services Forum and Advisory Group programme.
He has consulted to the Council of Europe and authored the
recently adopted Recommendation to Member States on
e-governance.
Prior to joining IT World, Matthew was a Strategic Advisor at
the Improvement and Development Agency. Matthew has been a
lecturer in business strategy and organisational behaviour at
Aston University. He holds a PhD in effective customer
engagement, process redesign and the management of IT and a BSc
in Business Administration and Psychology.
