The BuyIT Best Practice Network is an independent group with a mission to:

"help organisations realise the business benefits from Information & Communications Technology by identifying and promoting best practice in e-business".

BuyIT's membership is drawn from commercial organisations, professional bodies and government.

BuyIT members collaborate to take 'thought leadership' through 'practical knowledge sharing' to Best Practice synthesis and dissemination. This process is designed to:

• Reduce the time involved in moving from idea to best practice.
• Create high value for members through experience sharing with other FT500 organisations.

BuyIT seeks to reach all Board level managers and users of ICT across private and public sector organisations who wish to achieve business benefits from the application of ICT in e-business.
